Registration
1. How can I register for the camp?
On the Home Page of the Camp web site click on the Register Now (Tab).
2. When is my Non-Refundable Deposit Due and can I make payments on my deposit?
The Non-Refundable Deposit is due within 10 Days of Registration or you can use the Payment Option listed under the Payment (Tab) on the web site.
3. When is the registration deadline?
The deadline for sign up for the camp is April 15, 2011. However the camp is usually “Sold Out” by then.
Forms and Information
1. What forms must I fill out for the camp?
Initially you will need to fill out the HS CAMP Registration and Payment Options listed on the home page of the web site. In March, 2011 you will be notified by email to go back on the web site and complete a Liability-Hold Harmless Agreement and your Emergency Contact information Form. These forms must be completed and sent to the HS CAMP by no later than April 30, 2011.
2. How do I get the required forms?
The additional forms will be posted to the web site at specified times during the year. You will be notified by email when the forms are available.
3. Will future camp information be distributed to the campers?
The primary source for distribution for camp information will be by email and maybe referenced on the HS CAMP web site at www.hsfootballofficialscamp.com.
Camp Directory
1. What information is included in the camp directory?
Each camper will have all of their contact information and years of experience at the HS Level .
Transportation and Lodging
1. How many campers to a room and can I request another camper to room with?
The rooms used by Fresno State University (FSU) are either two or three to Campers to a room. The majority of the rooms are two Campers per room. You will have an opportunity to request a roommate(s) when completing your camp Registration Form.
2. Can my spouse stay with me at the camp? No, spouses are not allowed in the Same Dorm Room.
Yes. However Spouses may stay in a separate Dorm Room and the Camper will be charged an additional $75.00 per night for the 3 nights. Meals and other related expenses for your spouse will be at the Campers expense.
3. If I fly to the camp, how will I get back and forth between the hotel and airport?
Upon arrival at the Fresno Airport, taxi service is available at the campers expense. FSU is only 10 minutes from the airport.
4. If I drive to the camp, will there be a charge for parking at the site?
No. Currently the HS CAMP uses Lot G which is the first entrance to FSU off Cedar Blvd. There is no charge for parking at Camp however you will need a Parking Pass which will be available at Check-In.
5. Will meals be provided as part of the HS Camp Fee?
Yes. All meals are included in the camp. The meals will be served in the campus dining facilities. This includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.
6. When can I check into the HS CAMP?
Check-in to the HS Camp is between 3:30PM and 6:00PM on Thursday, June 23, 2011. If you arrive before the Check-in time, Campers will be able to store their luggage.
7. How do I check in upon arrival?
Upon arrival you will go to the University Courtyard (Atrium) and the HS CAMP Staff will be at the front tables waiting to assist you. You will receive your HS CAMP Folder and be asked to sign several documents then you will go to the FSU Housing Table located next to the HS CAMP Check-in tables receive your key and meal card.
8. When is Camp Check-Out?
Check-Out will between 6:30 and 8:30AM on Sunday, June 26th. When Checking Out you are responsible for all of your bedding that you signed for as well as your Room Key, Meal Card and Name Badge/Lanyard. Please make sure you do not misplace or lose the above.

Camp Schedule
1. When does the camp begin?
The camp opens with a general meeting at 7:00PM on Thursday, June 23rd in the Josephine Building. The Josephine Building is located on Bulldog Lane in front of the football complex and Bulldog Stadium. There will be a Staff member available to direct you to the meeting.
2. When does the HS CAMP end?
The HS CAMP ends at approximately 12:00 Noon or before on Sunday, June 26th. There is a General Meeting in the Josephine Room which begins at 11:30AM
3. When working on the field, do I wear a full uniform?
Full Uniform or Uniform with either White or Black Official Shorts is acceptable.
4. How many snaps will I see during my time on the field?
Previous campers have received between 200 and 235 snaps, there is no guarantee that all campers will receive this many snaps however in past camps this has been the average amount of snaps each camper received.
5. How will I receive feedback or evaluation from the staff?
You will receive direct feed back during the scrimmages from (Staff-Crew) assigned to each Camper Crew during each scrimmage.
6. Will there be classroom instruction and where will the meetings take place?
During the camp there will be classroom discussions on various aspects of the game including up to date HS Video sessions by Position. These will be held on campus at the University.
7. What is the dress for morning training and classroom meetings?
Casual: shorts, tee shirt and tennis shoes.
Internet Service:
1. Is Internet Service Available during the HS Camp?
Yes. Internet Service is available upon request. Please request this service from the HS Camp Staff when checking into camp.
Dining Hours:
Breakfast 7:00 to 8:30AM / Lunch 11:30AM to 1:00PM / Dinner 5:00 to 6:30PM (Some HS Camp activities may overlap)
Dinner will be available on Thursday, June 23rd and Breakfast will be available on Sunday, June 26th.
Equipment Sales:
Honig’s (Equipment and Apparel) is for sale and will be open only on Friday: June 24th from 11:30AM to 1:30PM Their location (TBA)
Scrimmages (Full Contact)
Scrimmage Attire: you are required to wear your entire official uniform (hat, shirt, including knickers or official shorts (either black or white shorts) are also acceptable during camp scrimmages. Please remember to bring your whistles, penalty flags, down indicators and other equipment used during your regular season games.
• Friday and Saturday Scrimmages begin at 6:45 to 10:15PM
• Sunday Scrimmages begin at 8:45AM to approximately 11:30AM
• Showers with towels will be available at the conclusion of the Sunday Scrimmages
